Website privacy & analytics

Updated October 28, 2026

Elevation Homes uses basic website analytics to understand which pages are helpful and how people contact us about projects.

Website activity

We measure page views, phone, email, estimate-button and other link clicks, project-helper opens, estimate-form starts, and completed requests. We use a random browser identifier stored on your device for up to 30 days, plus a visit identifier that resets after 30 minutes of inactivity. Activity records include the page path, referring website hostname, campaign tags, device type, and approximate city, state/region, and country when available from our hosting provider or a local IP geolocation database. Your network address is used transiently on our server for this lookup; it is not saved in activity records or sent to a separate geolocation service. These estimates may reflect a VPN or mobile network rather than your actual city. We do not request GPS access or save exact coordinates or street addresses in activity analytics. We do not store raw IP addresses, full referring URLs, keystrokes, or the text you type into forms as activity analytics. These identifiers are not shared with advertising networks.

IP Geolocation by DB-IP (City Lite, CC BY 4.0).

Your choice

We skip activity tracking when your browser sends Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control. You can also turn analytics off for this browser below. This does not prevent you from requesting an estimate.

Estimate requests

When you submit an estimate request, we securely save the contact and project details you provide so we can respond. The website owner can view these details in a private dashboard. We also forward the request through our existing FormSubmit email service to elevationhomes1@gmail.com. Your request is retained in the dashboard even if email forwarding is unavailable.
